To complement our laboratory and development team, we are looking for a Chemist Product Development & Analytics / Deputy Laboratory Manager (m/f/d), 80 - 100% as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• You develop and optimize cleaning and disinfection products taking into account technical, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Application technology samples and membrane autopsies are processed, evaluated, and documented by you.
• You qualify new raw materials and assume responsibility for the release of quality control samples and laboratory reports of customer samples.
• You are responsible for our analytical laboratory equipment including software (e.g., NMR, IR, TOC, NIR/Vis, laboratory membrane system), further develop methods, and ensure the state of the art.
• With your chemical expertise, you support purchasing and other internal departments and conduct training and workshops.
• In case of bottlenecks, you take over the deputy role in quality control and the analysis of customer samples.
• You assume the deputy role of the laboratory management.

We look forward to this profile

• You have completed training as a Chemist FH, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have professional experience in product and/or recipe development and/or in instrumental analytics, ideally in the field of cleaning/disinfection or a related industry.
• You have a strong affinity for instrumental analytics and enjoy equipment responsibility (e.g., NMR, IR, TOC, NIR/Vis).
• Digital affinity and interest in the digitalization of laboratory processes (LIMS, laboratory software).
• Working independently, precisely, and in a structured manner is a matter of course for you and you have a strong team spirit.
• You enjoy experimenting and enjoy practical development and laboratory work.
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
