To strengthen our team in Schwanden, we are looking for a Responsible for Risk and Quality Management 50% immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks are

• Ensuring and further developing the company-wide risk management system as well as the methods for risk identification, assessment and control
• Ensuring, further developing and testing the effectiveness of the internal quality system
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Coordination and support of external audits
• Organizational and administrative preparation, implementation and follow-up of the General Assembly
• Minutes taking of all board meetings
• Coordination of medical expert assessments and implementation of medical expert decisions

You bring with you

• Completed higher education (Bachelor, HF diploma or federal specialist certificate) in business administration or a comparable field of study
• Further qualifications in the areas of compliance, risk management, quality management, data protection or information security
• Analytical, careful and independent personality with a flair and enjoyment of the legal and regulatory requirements of an insurance company
• Exact and reliable way of working combined with advanced IT affinity
