You will intervene in the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to the integration of candidates. Recruitment Officer (M/F) 100% - Genève Your main responsibilities • Identify the most suitable recruitment channels according to the profiles sought. • Write, publish, and ensure the follow-up of advertisements. • Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, CV databases, direct approach, professional networks, etc.). • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and partner firms. • Select applications and conduct telephone pre-qualifications. • Organize and conduct recruitment interviews. • Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and managers. • Manage the administrative aspects related to the recruitment process. Your profile • Higher education (University, HES or equivalent) in Human Resources or a similar field. • Proven experience in the recruitment of technical or industrial profiles. • Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, etc.). • Good knowledge of the job market and the regional economic fabric. • French native language or excellent mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
