Tasks
Technical supervision and coordination of 3 employees
Ensuring smooth operation of the round polishing machines (tumbling machines) as well as the washing plant
Monitoring compliance with quality regulations as well as conducting quality controls on the products
Initiation and implementation of suitable intervention and corrective measures in the event of quality deviations
Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of production processes in cooperation with production and department management as well as with suppliers
Training, coaching and promotion of employees
Creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation
Documentation of processes according to ISO 9001
Ensuring cleanliness, order and occupational safety in the area of responsibility
Active participation in daily operational business
Profile
Completed technical vocational training EFZ, preferably as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ, Landmaschinenmechaniker/in EFZ or in a comparable profession
Further training as a Prozessfachmann/-frau or Produktionsfachmann/-frau with a federal diploma of higher education is an advantage (not a must)
Knowledge in round polishing or in tumbling processes with sound process understanding or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
Very high quality awareness and strong sense of responsibility
Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented personality
Strong hands-on mentality with enjoyment of active participation in production
Experience in the technical leadership or coordination of employees is an advantage
Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
