--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: digital services 100% --- digital services 100% ================================= THE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT MAIN MISSIONS * Manage the quality of IT support provided by our external partner: monitoring requests and incidents, escalations, compliance with deadlines and user satisfaction * Act as the link between business units, the IT partner and suppliers, and coordinate needs and change requests with them * Manage identities and access in information systems, as well as monitoring of the IT fleet * Lead IT projects and participate in business projects as a digital services specialist * Organize deployments and production releases, and support teams through change * Monitor specific digital domains of the institution: healthcare telephony and alarm broadcasting, connected building equipment, connected medical devices in connection with the Biomedical Service, digital exchanges with medical care partners SKILLS AND PROFILE SOUGHT * CFC in IT, ES/HES diploma or equivalent training * Proven experience in an IT operational and project environment * Mastery of Microsoft environments (workstation, Active Directory, Microsoft 365) and good notions of infrastructure and network * Ability to intervene on non-office systems: telephony, connected equipment, interfaces * Ability to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders, both internal and external * Experience in managing service providers and monitoring quality of service * Interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical interlocutors, particularly in healthcare * Autonomy, rigor, sense of service and confidentiality * Mastery of the French language; knowledge of technical English desired * Driver's license and availability for regular travel between sites ASSETS * Experience in the hospital sector or a multi-site environment * ITIL or HERMES certification WE OFFER * A varied activity * Continuing education possibilities * A salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) * Excellent social benefits * Integration within a small and versatile team, at the heart of an institution-wide digital transformation program START DATE: JANUARY 1ST 2027 OR TO BE AGREED Further information can be obtained from Mr. Ardian Lokaj, head of digital transformation eHnv, T +.
