Head of Housekeeping in the care center

Our client is looking for a committed and responsible personality as
Your tasks

• You are responsible for the smooth operation in the areas of cleaning, laundry, service
• You plan and coordinate the assignments of the employees
• You ensure compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety standards
• You undertake the professional guidance and training of apprentices in the field of housekeeping
• You analyze existing processes and continuously develop them further
• You are responsible for the procurement and inventory management of housekeeping items as well as cleaning and washing detergents
• If necessary, you lend a hand in daily operations and actively support the various specialist departments

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Head of Housekeeping or Operations Manager Facility Management HF
• You bring leadership experience and convince through your independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• As a communicative personality, it is easy for you to motivate employees and promote appreciative cooperation
• A strong service orientation and a high awareness of quality characterize you
• You encounter customers in a friendly and professional manner, remain resilient even in demanding situations, and maintain your positive attitude
