Are you passionate about the coordination and supervision of civil engineering projects and looking for a stable, long-term career? We would be pleased to receive your application for one of our clients in the Lower Valais region. We are currently looking for their future:

Civil engineering team leader with a permanent contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3-5 people on site
• Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan the work
• Ensure effective coordination between the various parties involved
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor employee safety
• Prepare daily reports on the construction site
• Cultivate team spirit and promote harmonious collaboration among colleagues and all company staff

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in masonry, a foreman's diploma or an equivalent qualification, or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• A machine operator's license is an advantage
• Adaptability and availability are required, with proven organizational, leadership, and team motivation skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative are highly appreciated, as well as a high sense of responsibility
• A driver's license and excellent knowledge of French are required
• Currently living or intending to move to the Martigny region
• Open to candidates from Valle d'Aosta
