Integrated into Swiss Medical Network since 2024, MotionLab benefits from privileged access to one of the most important private health networks in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in the Arc lémanique, MotionLab is now strengthening its physiotherapy team at its Montchoisi site, in close collaboration with the specialists of the Clinique de Montchoisi, an establishment recognized for its expertise in orthopedics.
We are looking for a Senior or junior Physiotherapist wishing to evolve in a dynamic, innovative environment oriented towards clinical excellence, while actively participating in the development of MotionLab's services and projects.
Job description
Your role
As a Physiotherapist, you will be required to:
Clinical activities
Take charge of patients hospitalized in orthopedics.
Ensure the treatment of outpatient patients in orthopedics, spine surgery, traumatology, rheumatology and sports medicine.
Participate in the development of outpatient activity and specialized services.
Manage complex clinical situations, chronic cases or those presenting therapeutic failures.
Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors and the various stakeholders in the care pathway.
Develop specific expertise in certain areas (return to sport, knee/ACL, shoulder, spine, pelvi-perineology, etc.).
Leadership and development
Define and evolve standards of care, protocols and internal recommendations.
Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team.
Ensure a role as a clinical referent in your field of expertise.
Actively participate in the mentoring and support of junior physiotherapists.
Contribute to the creation and development of the MotionLab professional network.
Participate in the management of projects related to the center's services.
Contribute to the development of new offers and the growth of the activity.
Be involved in the dynamics and management of the team.
Qualifications
Your profile
Swiss physiotherapist diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
Confirmed experience in the musculoskeletal and orthopedic outpatient field.
Additional training in sports physiotherapy or specialization.
Experience in sports rehabilitation and interest in performance evaluations.
Natural leadership and a taste for transmitting knowledge.
Dynamism, spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility.
Autonomy, flexibility, versatility and commitment.
Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Great capacity for adaptation.
Marked interest in innovation, new technologies and the multidisciplinary approach.
