La Fondation La Rozavère brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its setup also includes a Structure de Préparation et d'Attente à l'Hébergement en EMS (SPAH), a Logement Adapté avec Accompagnement (LADA) and a Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT).

For our site in Chailly, we are recruiting a creative and passionate personality as an experienced cook at 100%.

YOUR MISSION

• Guarantee the planning, organization and production of dishes taking into account the specific needs of our residents
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes served
• Respect hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage stocks and orders of fresh products
• Participate in the creation of new dishes as well as the continuous improvement of the service.

YOUR PROFILE

• You benefit from a CFC as a cook
• Possessing confirmed experience in catering, you have ideally worked in several hotel structures
• Collaborative and rigorous, you like working in a team to guarantee a quality culinary experience
• You present a good capacity for adaptation and your creativity makes the difference.
