Specialist in Facility Management

For our retirement home with 121 residents, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to strengthen our Technical Service.
Start of work: 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Ensuring the technical operation of our property
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and servicing work
• Rectifying malfunctions and technical problems
• Assisting with moves, installations, and smaller renovations
• Care of the outdoor areas and general caretaker work
• Supporting the various areas in the house with technical concerns

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or
• Basic technical training (e.g., electrician, sanitary installer, heating installer, mechanic, or comparable)
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of contact with elderly people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
