As a customer support representative, you will work in a team of around five people. In this position, your focus is on the support, consulting, and acquisition of customers in the building materials, recycling, sewage, and construction industries. You will take over administrative tasks for your customers, such as drafting offers, creating contracts, and invoicing. With enthusiasm, you demonstrate the advantages of our Business Software to interested parties on-site, analyze business processes, and develop individual solution concepts. After the introduction of the projects, you support the customers and maintain a long-term relationship. The interface function between the customer and software development brings you joy.

Qualification
HF/FH in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related field of study. We are open to graduates or persons who are currently nearing the completion of their studies.
