Marketing & Events Clerk, 80-100% # What to expect ### • You are part of our campaign team and ensure that customer responses such as orders and event registrations are recorded and processed efficiently and correctly in our CRM. • You support our team in the organization and execution of customer events and take on diverse administrative and coordinative tasks. • You create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external training sessions and events. • You actively live our high quality standards and maintain internal as well as external contacts professionally, friendly, and service-oriented.   What you bring with you ### • Completed commercial training and ideally initial experience in customer contact, the event sector, or marketing • Good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint • Reliable and structured way of working, good organization, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations • Stylish, error-free communication in German, French language skills are a plus • Team spirit, joy in administrative tasks, and the motivation to get started in marketing What we offer you ### • A great team of motivated colleagues who are ready to go the extra mile. • The VZ culture promotes creative collaboration, innovative ideas, and a dynamic working environment.
