Your tasks with us Customer contact & sales: You will take over the active acquisition of new customers and advise our existing customer base in a partnership-based manner at eye level. 360°-Recruiting: From targeted searching via pre-selection to the successful placement of suitable candidates for open vacancies, everything is in your hands. Conducting interviews: You independently conduct exciting initial and job interviews. Employee care: You are the reliable contact person for our temporary employees and accompany them appreciatively during their ongoing assignments. What you bring with you Experience: Ideally, you have initial professional experience in recruitment, HR or a sales-oriented environment. Languages: Very good German skills are mandatory; other languages are a great advantage for communication with our candidates.
