In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for passionate and committed collaborators to join our mission of welcoming and supporting blind and visually impaired people with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders. To strengthen our team at the Centres de Jour, we are looking for a
Social Educator or MSP (M/F) in CDI at 80%
Your missions and responsibilities:
Implement and follow up on the individualized projects of the beneficiaries
Accompany beneficiaries in their daily activities
Participate in maintaining team dynamics within the framework of multidisciplinary work.
Your ideal profile:
Diploma as an educator or MSP from a recognized social school, with desired professional experience in the field of autism and intellectual disability
Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Ease in contacts with residents and in the management of individualized projects
Manual skills and sense of creativity.
