You can also find the complete list of our global benefits at: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi Your tasks: Ensuring smooth processes through organizational and technical accompaniment of fermentation and purification campaigns - with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety Monitoring and controlling planned process steps during the upstream (fermentation) and downstream phases Active participation in microbial production processes (e.g. fermentation, cell harvesting, purification) in accordance with applicable cGMP guidelines - including fault finding, root cause analysis, and continuous process optimization Contributing to risk assessments and implementing defined safety and quality measures Technical support and knowledge transfer to operators for plants and standardized processes Ensuring, reviewing, and continuously optimizing manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and batch documentation Your profile: Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Bio-/Chemical Engineering Experience in microbial production processes (especially fermentation and/or purification) is an advantage Knowledge of GMP is desirable - or the willingness to acquire it Willingness to work in a flexible 4-shift system Very good German language skills are required; English language skills are an advantage Teamwork, communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work - you actively bring in your ideas About Lonza: At Lonza, our employees are our greatest strength.
