For our client, we are looking for a strong-selling personality for the store in the heart of Bern, starting 01 December 2026 (or by arrangement).

Your tasks

• First-class advice: You conduct personal, needs-oriented, and trustful advisory conversations with private customers and accompany them until the purchase is completed.
• Store responsibility: You assume co-responsibility for an appealing brand appearance, maintain the exhibition area, and also run the store independently at times.
• Administration & Backoffice: You create offers, record orders in the system, take over cash management as well as the daily cash closure, and check incoming goods.
• Customer care: You are the friendly, competent contact person for telephone inquiries and ensure an all-around positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed basic training as Detailhandelsfachmann / Detailhandelsfachfrau EFZ.
• Experience: Demonstrable practice in intensive advisory, high-quality sales (e.g., living, lifestyle, premium consumer goods).
• Way of working: High level of independence, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a well-groomed, winning appearance.
• Languages: Stylistically confident German (C2/native speaker); French and/or English skills are a clear plus.
