For our gastronomy, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Cook (80-100%) ##

In a small team, you are responsible for the preparation of meals and dietary meals for our residents, our staff and guests.

Tasks

• Mise en place and preparation of meals and dietary meals
• Implementation of medically prescribed dietary measures, nutritional guidelines
• Accompanying/promoting the assigned employees
• Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Participation in gastro events

Requirements

• Cook
• Professional experience in communal catering
• Teamwork skills, high quality awareness
• Strong social competence
