General and total contracting company is looking for an experienced construction manager for residential and commercial buildings. Deployment in the Luzern, Ob- and Nidwalden region. Locations Rothenburg, Cham or Sarnen. Familiar, direct team, projects known across cantonal borders.

Tasks:

• Management of the entrusted construction objects on site (costs / deadlines / quality)
• Bills of quantities according to construction description and plans
• Execution schedule
• Management and minutes of the weekly construction meetings
• Construction acceptance with contractors
• Control of contractual partners regarding quality and quantity
• Workshop inspections
• Checking of planner and contractor invoices incl. entry into the construction administration
• Commissioning, 2-year warranty, defect rectification
• Cross-cutting internal project tasks

Profile:

• Technical training, e.g., civil engineer, technician or foreman with further education
• Knowledge of construction technology, building materials, standards and construction processes
• Construction contract law: SIA standards, OR, tender law
• SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
• Good German skills
