Precise and methodical, you provide administrative support to managers in the preparation of tender dossiers. Comfortable with numbers and Excel spreadsheets, you will also be required to establish and follow up on invoicing within the framework of complex mandates, including the management of consortiums. Versatile and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you take charge of various administrative activities indispensable to the smooth running of the office: reception, management of telephone calls, correspondence and general administrative support. Capable of working autonomously, you also enjoy teamwork and wish to collaborate on large-scale projects. You have perfect mastery of standard IT tools and demonstrate ease in learning new software. You bring perfect oral and written mastery of the French language.
