Project Manager Building Physics & Sustainability (m/f/d)

Tasks ###

What tasks await you as a Project Manager Building Physics & Sustainability (m/f/d)?

• You will independently lead and successfully implement projects in sustainable construction and building physics.
• You will create calculations and proofs, from energy certificates and thermal bridge calculations to Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and the associated documentation.
• You will conduct measurements, for example regarding indoor air quality, and create simulations.
• On construction sites, you will take over inspection walks and perform quality checks.
• You will advise and accompany planners as well as other project participants regarding building physics and sustainability-related requirements.
• For new construction and existing building projects, you are responsible for topics such as thermal comfort, moisture protection, airtightness, daylight, and optionally building acoustics.
• You will carry out sustainability certifications such as SNBS, Minergie, Minergie-ECO, DGNB, LEED, WELL or BREEAM and accompany the entire process.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with less experienced team members.
• In collaboration with highly qualified specialists, you will continuously develop your own competencies.

• You have a relevant education or degree, for example in civil engineering or building physics. Further training in the field of sustainability is an advantage.
