Become part of our Plant Safety section and help us ensure environmental and water protection in industrial and commercial enterprises through consulting, statements, permits and inspections. Apply to us and take on responsibility as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement as: Subject Matter Expert Accident Prevention, Industry and Trade (Plant Safety). Your tasks * Enforcement of environmental and water protection legislation in the areas: industry and trade, accident prevention, dangerous goods and tank systems * Assessment of building and planning applications as well as environmental impact assessments in the field of industry and trade * Assessment of short reports and risk assessments according to the Accident Prevention Ordinance * Consulting private individuals, municipalities and companies * Drafting wastewater law assessments * Carrying out building inspections and operational controls * Participation in cantonal and intercantonal bodies. Your profile * Process, construction or environmental engineer ETH or FH or comparable training * Ideally, you are already a specialist in land drainage and have experience in the enforcement of environmental and water protection legislation as well as in the assessment of plants and processes * Proficient German (oral and written) * Very good IT user skills (MS Office * Assertiveness and a confident manner * Quick comprehension and an interdisciplinary way of acting and thinking * Independent, structured, reliable and appreciative way of working * Flexibility, negotiation skills and assertiveness.
