Project Manager Building Physics 60 - 100%

Your tasks

• You create building physics concepts, calculations, verifications, and simulations and process all topics of building physics and acoustics.
• You advise clients and principals with sustainable solutions, conduct measurements, and create expert reports.
• As a project manager, you take responsibility for project processing as well as coordination and communication with clients, architects, and specialist planners in all planning phases.
• Your projects include both existing buildings and new buildings of all sizes for public and private principals.

You bring with you

• Completed studies in building physics, architecture, civil engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field
• Practical experience in the field of building physics
• Experience with energy and sustainability labels is desirable
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
