For our customers in the field of long-term care, we are looking for motivated and committed Fachfrauen Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ for nursing and care homes.

Sought position:
Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ long-term care (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Professional care and support of the residents
Carrying out basic care and treatment care according to qualification and care planning
Support with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobilization
Promotion of independence and maintenance of quality of life
Observation of the health status and forwarding of relevant changes
Documentation of nursing services
Cooperation with nursing specialists, doctors and relatives
Co-shaping a respectful and appreciative everyday care routine

Your profile:
Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Empathy and joy in caring for older people
Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
Independence and resilience in everyday care
Willingness to work shifts and weekends depending on the place of assignment

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the place of assignment.
