Site Manager Caretaker (a) # 90% - 100% | Emmenbrücke | as of 01.11.2026 ## The Berufsbildungszentrum Wirtschaft, Informatik und Technik (BBZW) is the competence center for commercial and industrial professions. As Site Manager Caretaker, you will take on operational responsibility for the Emmen location and, together with your team, ensure a safe and smooth operation of the buildings and outdoor facilities. Your tasks • You organize and carry out the maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces of the buildings independently and proactively. • You lead a small team consisting of one specialist in facility maintenance and two cleaners and additionally take on deputy tasks for the Facility Management management. • As the Safety Officer (SiBe) for the Emmen location, you bear responsibility for inspections, maintenance, evacuation drills, and occupational safety. • You process construction requests and manage the locking system in a structured and precise manner. • You maintain an active, solution-oriented exchange with internal departments such as the Facility Management management, the school management, and the school administration, as well as with external partners. Your profile • You have completed a basic vocational training in a manual trade and have further trained with the Eidg. Fachausweis Hauswartung. • You possess advanced specialist knowledge in building maintenance and outdoor facilities and work confidently with M365. • Communication skills, flexibility, and organizational strength characterize you. • You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and make decisions in a balanced and pragmatic manner. • A category B driver's license completes your profile and allows you to move flexibly from one location to another.
