Your tasks You will take over the personnel and functional leadership of a production area 3s (washing, siliconizing, packaging of glass syringes under cleanroom conditions) with around 85 employees - including team leaders as well as temporary employees - in a 4-shift operation. You will be supported in this by a dedicated team consisting of functional team leaders, production specialists, in-process testers, a production assistant, and a trainer. You ensure timely and proper production, complying with all cost, quality, and customer requirements. The production steps are mostly carried out in the cleanroom, ISO 5 to ISO 8. You analyze shift reports to identify trends, deviations, and disturbances early on and initiate appropriate countermeasures. You work closely with internal interfaces such as Quality, Technical Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other areas to ensure a smooth production process. In addition, you maintain close cooperation with other plants within our Business Segment. You ensure the compliance and monitoring of all legal and operational EHS requirements within your organizational unit and design processes according to the principles of Lean Manufacturing. You also guarantee compliance with all relevant GMP and ISO standards and ensure efficient implementation of the associated quality processes within your area of responsibility. Your profile You have a completed technical degree at Bachelor level (e.g., mechanical engineering) or an equivalent training in the production technology environment with corresponding further training. You bring several years of professional experience in a regulated production environment with cleanrooms, ISO 5 to ISO 8. As an authentic, cooperative personality with strong intercultural competence, you have several years of leadership experience in managing larger teams. You possess sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing as well as Change Management. You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
