• 21 août 2026 • 100% • Temporaire • rue de la Gare, 2732 Reconvilier • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate For one of our client hospital structures, and in order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for: OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE M/F Your profile: • Holder of a State-recognized Nursing diploma • Experience in psychiatry, mental health, or home care, an asset • Autonomous, reliable, organized, and responsible person. • Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills • Ease in home interventions and in complex situations. • Driver's license indispensable • Very good command of French, German may be an added value. Your function: • Ensure psychiatric nursing care at home. • Accompany patients presenting mental health issues. • Evaluate their psychic state and their needs. • Implement and ensure the follow-up of individualized care projects. • Promote autonomy and maintenance of patients at home. • Ensure monitoring of clinical evolution. • Close collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, relatives, and various network stakeholders. • Ensure rigorous transmission of care and interventions.
