Risk Controller

Risk Controller (w/m/d) As Team Corporate Risk Control, we are responsible for a wide range of issues that go beyond the boundaries of individual risk categories and affect the overall risk of the Raiffeisen Gruppe. We are the central coordination point in the Risk Control area, which independently monitors the risks of the Raiffeisen Gruppe. To strengthen our team with a location in St. Gallen (with the possibility of home office and workplaces in Circle at Zürich-Flughafen) we are looking for an engaged, inquisitive and communicative personality as Risk Controller (w/m/d) immediately or by agreement. Risk Controller (w/m/d) What can you expect? Actively monitor the risk profile of the Raiffeisen Gruppe and assess new products and services from a risk perspective Create periodic reports with a view to overall bank risk and ensure consistency across all other technical contributions Determine risk tolerance, review risk-bearing capacity and participate in group-wide stress tests Continuously sharpen and strengthen the risk management framework and internal standards Create ad-hoc analyses and contribute to cross-team topics such as strategic risks, nature-related financial risks and model risks What do you bring? Completed studies (uni/FH) in economics or completed commercial training in connection with comparable further education Experience in risk management, accounting, controlling or internal audit of a bank - ideally with interfaces to various risk categories Ability to clearly structure complex topics, prepare them in a target-group-specific manner and represent them convincingly Strength in coordination with different stakeholders and joy in cross-departmental cooperation High self-initiative, reliable working method and secure handling of Office - very good German language skills required We offer flexible working models The work-life balance of our employees is important to us.
