To strengthen our broker team in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a:n BVG Specialist (80-100 %) immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Telephone consultation of corporate clients on all BVG matters
Analysis and optimization of existing pension solutions
Support during restructurings (mergers, personnel changes, changes of provider)
Execution of BVG tenders and comparison of offers
Creation of decision-making bases
Creation of reports and customer presentations
Support of the mandate manager
Contact person for customers, insurers, trustees, and pension funds
Monitoring of policies, contracts, and pension regulations
Ensuring timely contractual matters when changing the pension fund
Your profile
Completed commercial or equivalent training (maturité)
In-depth knowledge in occupational pension schemes BVG
Understanding of investment strategies and coverage ratio mechanisms
Analytical skills (offer comparison, cost analysis)
Very good written and oral German skills
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.)
Independent and exact working style
