In the context of several retirements planned between November 2026 and March 2027 within the Hygiene and cleaning sector, located in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for:

Concierge employee / maintenance employee (M/F/X) – Permanent 20% to 80%

Your profile

• Proven experience confirmed by certified training in the maintenance of collective accommodation premises and offices.
• Mastery of the use of professional products, the color-coding system as well as cleaning machines, notably the scrubber dryer.
• Ease with administrative tasks and the use of IT tools (Emails), notably a tablet used daily as part of quality controls.
• Ease of contact, good organizational skills and discretion.
• Openness, sensitivity and ease in contact with people in situations of intellectual disability (an asset).
• An attraction to manual work as well as a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility in time management, ability to manage priorities, sense of service and a good team spirit.
• Mastery of French indispensable.
• Availability for replacements beyond the fixed contract.
• Residing a maximum of 30 minutes from the Centre de Vernand in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne.
