In Thun, we are opening our newest pfister branch - and for this, we are looking for a dedicated team that is there from the beginning. Use the chance to help shape the new location, build something together, and make the 'Dihei' [home] of our customers in the Berner Oberland even more beautiful.

Your new tasks ###

• Responsibility for one or more product groups
• Ensuring the assortment appearance at the POS with an inspiring product presentation
• Participation in assortment meetings and implementation of the corresponding concepts
• Customer consulting with own sales responsibility
• Proper processing of customer orders
• Responsibility for achieving your assigned KPIs
• Planning and leading a team

What you bring with you ###

• Leadership experience in leading a small team, as well as the motivation to start professionally as a career changer in the furnishing segment
• A pronounced passion for sales and enjoyment in asserting oneself in competition and achieving successes together
• Experience in retail or sales as well as a good sense for the needs of customers
• Teamwork skills, openness, and a pronounced customer orientation characterize you
• An existing qualification as a vocational trainer or the willingness to acquire it. Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting apprentices as well as in supporting their personal and professional development
