Project Leader / Project Manager (m/f/d | 100%)
Your area of responsibility
Operative management and responsibility for customer projects in special plant construction from project start to final acceptance at the customer
Taking over projects after contract conclusion, clarifying the technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements from the contract, specification, and customer specification
Creating and monitoring project plans, milestones, as well as delivery and assembly periods
Committed customer care, coordination of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and customer acceptance
Actively driving projects forward, recognizing problems early, and consistently implementing countermeasures
Overall responsibility for project costs, deadlines, quality, risks, changes, and open points including regular reporting to the Head Project Management
Actively further developing existing project management processes and workflows
Your profile
Completed technical degree, ideally mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical training
At least 5 years of experience in project management in the machine industry, ideally in special plant construction (scheduling, budget monitoring, risk management, project reporting)
Strong hands-on mentality, decisiveness, and assertiveness towards customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Deep technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems as well as automation, PLC, machine control, and user interfaces
Experience in the coordination of engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and customer acceptance
Very good communication skills in English and German, willingness to undertake a few short trips
