On behalf of Alois Bättig AG, we are looking for a motivated Heating Installer EFZ on behalf of Futuro Personal AG.

Alois Bättig AG is an established, family-run traditional company in the field of building technology based in Neuenkirch. For over 60 years, they have been realizing heating, sanitary, and ventilation projects in the region with passion, high quality, and flexibility. Their focus is on modern, energy-efficient solutions and first-class service.

• Focus on conversions/renovations: Installation, conversion, and renewal of heating systems in existing buildings (apartments, commercial, single-family houses)
• Installation and commissioning of heating systems (incl. renewable energies such as heat pumps)
• Service, maintenance, and repair work
• Participation in the planning and execution of projects in a team
• Perspective: You already have leadership experience or want to take on responsibility as a Chief Fitter in the foreseeable future -- with us, you have the chance to do so!

Your Profile

• Completed training as Heating Installer EFZ (or comparable)
• Professional experience in heating construction, ideally with a focus on conversions/renovations
• Leadership experience or strong interest in taking on responsibility as a Chief Fitter (already done or ready for it)
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Enjoyment of varied work in the Central Switzerland region
