Your tasks:

• Implementation of individual and resource-oriented care for patients and residents
• Professional support with medical procedures and therapeutic measures
• Observation and documentation of the physical and mental condition of the patients
• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing professionals and other professional groups to ensure the best possible patient care
• Accompanying patients and relatives in challenging situations

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or Spitex is an advantage
• High technical competence and commitment to qualitative patient care
• Empathy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
