Together with your team, you ensure that all relevant KPIs from e-commerce and logistics are cleanly measured, mapped in dashboards, analyzed, and translated into concrete recommendations for action. Your challenge Responsibility for the further development of the BI and reporting landscape as well as for the professional empowerment of the organization in dealing with analysis tools and evaluations Analysis and interpretation of business data (revenue, basket size, return rate, inventory turnover, delivery performance, and much more) and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Leadership, coaching, and further development of a small team with enormous potential Management and support of cross-departmental projects and sub-projects regarding data-based questions Collaboration and increasing responsibility in strategic projects: market analyses, growth initiatives, make-or-buy decisions, and similar endeavors.
