The task:

• Job rotation at the workstations within the Warehouse Operations team
• Goods receipt (unloading truck etc.), inspection of incoming shipments and their processing up to and including goods handover/storage
• Forwarding of samples
• WA-booking/release and acknowledgement in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Goods acceptance, inspection of outgoing shipments as well as goods dispatch (loading truck etc.) taking weight distribution into account
• Compliance with regulations on the shipment of dangerous goods
• Observe temperature controls, standstill times and permissible temperature ranges
• Coordination of internal transports
• Intralogistics around the filling process in cooperation with SFF
• GxP-compliant documentation of the work performed
• Operating and maintaining industrial trucks, in particular counterbalance forklifts and pedestrian stackers, in compliance with safety regulations and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Execution of personal tasks assigned by the team leader
• Cleaning/cleanliness of the traffic routes and warehouse buildings
• Handling and disposal of waste according to specifications

You bring

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment-GxP experience (GMP, GSP and GDP)
• Experience in the careful documentation and recording of workflows
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks
• Knowledge in dealing with warehouse management systems as well as common MS-Office programs
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, English skills an advantage
• SUVA recognized forklift license
• Strong teamwork skills, punctuality as well as a reliable, independent and responsible way of working.
