🎯 Main tasks
Advising and serving customers with a friendly, courteous manner

Sale of products such as tobacco products, drinks, snacks, magazines, Lotto/Swisslos

Cashier activities including cash and card payments, daily reconciliations

Goods management: goods receipt, inspection, refilling shelves, price labeling

Ensuring cleanliness and order in the sales area

Implementation of promotional and sales activities

Compliance with legal requirements (e.g., youth protection for tobacco & lotto)

💡 Requirements
Enjoyment of direct customer contact

Reliable, independent and efficient way of working

Resilience during peak times and fast working

Good communication skills

Willingness to work flexible hours (early shift, late shift, weekend)

Experience in retail is an advantage, but not mandatory
