(Senior) Consultant Business Succession / M&A, 80-100% What to expect Independent accompaniment and implementation of external company transactions in the Bern region (target segment: SMEs with a transaction sum of 1 – 50 million). Analyzing company documents, creating company valuations and company documentation. Research and contacting potential interested buyers. Conducting negotiations up to the civil law and tax implementation (Signing / Closing). Acquisition of new succession mandates. Coordination and situational involvement of internal subject matter experts (taxes, law, auditing, financing, financial planning, pension) to ensure holistic and customer-oriented implementation. What you bring with you Professional experience in the field of business succession / M&A (ideally 5 years+) Completed studies at a FH/Uni or equivalent further training (dipl. Treuhandexperte/Treuhandexpertin, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in or similar) Empathy, a solution-oriented mindset as well as negotiation skills Ability to convince customers of yourself as a project manager and to win exciting sales mandates Enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders and enthusiasm for the world of SMEs Analytical mindset and ability to present complex relationships comprehensibly Negotiation-secure communication in German, further negotiation-secure language skills (incl.
