For our customer, we are seeking a department manager with a mechanical background.

Job Description ##

You are responsible for the planning and execution of overhauls, repairs, service, and maintenance work, as well as for the personnel and technical leadership of the maintenance team. The continuous optimization of our maintenance processes lies with you, and you actively work with your team to remedy technical malfunctions in the systems.

• You have a technical vocational training in the field of mechanics
• Further training in the mechanical area supports your skills
• You bring several years of experience in maintenance
• You may have already gained leadership experience or see yourself in a leadership position
• You are goal-oriented and bring an organized way of working
• Constructive communication suits you and you have the will to meet requirements
• You can maintain an overview even in hectic situations
