Clerk Cash Transactions / Master Data City Treasury, 80-100 %

The Treasury department is part of the finance administration as an internal bank. It is centrally responsible for all city-wide payment transactions, ensures liquidity, and is responsible for investment management and the granting of loans. As another area of the Treasury, the City Treasury is responsible for cash transactions and master data management in SAP and is located in the Stadthaus. We are looking for reinforcement for the City Treasury team, immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You independently carry out the counter service and the associated cash transactions (receipt and payment of cash amounts from service departments and external customers).
• You maintain and clean master data of our business partners in the SAP operating system (S/4HANA), particularly of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• You participate in internal projects of the City Treasury.

Profile ##

• A completed commercial vocational apprenticeship (eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) with proven professional experience
• Very good MS Office skills and strong digital affinity as well as technical flair (security systems)
• Assertive, strong-communicating and resilient personality with experience in the sensitive handling of various stakeholder groups
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good oral communication in English, further language skills are an advantage
• SAP or knowledge of master data management (especially business partners) is an advantage
