• You advise our customers competently and friendly, helping them to find the perfect bicycle and accessories
• You ensure that products are presented attractively and support the organization of sales areas and events
• You support with minor technical questions and problems, perform simple maintenance work, and give tips on care and maintenance

• You have completed basic training and ideally you already have experience in sales or customer service
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and support your colleagues where you can
• German fluent in speaking and writing / French is an advantage
