Your profile: * Holder of a CFC as an HVAC technician, building draftsman and specific training within a real estate management company; Federal Diploma of Property Manager welcome * You have solid experience (at least 5 years) * You possess good stress resistance and good priority management * You are organized, rigorous, methodical and conscientious * You are able to work quickly and autonomously * You possess knowledge of lease law and its application * You have good general knowledge of building technology * You have perfect command of French writing * You have perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite Your mission: * Ensure excellent relations with our owners, tenants and our socio-economic partners * Ensure the proper technical maintenance of buildings, plan the execution and ensure the follow-up of works * Establish minutes, reports of the follow-up of buildings under management as well as a general annual assessment of their condition * Ensure the application and compliance with rental rules and customs as well as safety standards * Establish an annual general assessment of the condition of the buildings * Inform, reassure, accompany tenants regarding all interventions having an impact on their well-being; manage preliminary and final move-out inspections * Establish comparisons of offers and quotes; ensure the receipt, follow-up and correct imputation of invoices * Manage building claims * Manage your secretariat activities and the follow-up of building concierges Activity rate: 100 % Are you interested in this position?
