For our client, a fiduciary firm in Geneva, we are looking for a Payroll Manager. Position at 80/100% on-site. Supporting a small team.

Payroll Manager

On behalf of clients as well as the fiduciary firm, you will be responsible for:

• Complete management of the payroll process for the entire client portfolio.
• Analysis and maintenance of employee-related data (leave, hours worked, social benefits etc…).
• Monitoring of indicators, preparation of statistics, as well as the completion of payroll closing and related supporting documents.
• Regularization of any incorrect salary situation in accordance with current regulations.
• Legal monitoring
• Establishment of regular reporting for the partners of the fiduciary firm.
• Confirmed experience in payroll across multiple mandates and ideally in a Swiss fiduciary
• Ability to be the point of reference for the structure regarding the salary and employee part
• Legal knowledge
• Proven ability to manage several mandates simultaneously.
• The federal diploma represents an asset.

It is important to have a good technical payroll / HR background and to be able to work in a fiduciary firm that reconciles tradition and modernity.
