Your tasks

Do you want to take on responsibility, help shape things and at the same time keep people at the center? Then you are in the right place at Domicil Egelmoos. In your role, together with the team, you ensure high-quality, professional and resident-oriented care and take on day-to-day responsibility in nursing and care routines. You actively contribute your nursing professional competence to direct care, pay attention to high quality of care and consistently implement nursing standards and concepts.

With your open, cooperative attitude, you support cooperation in the team, accompany colleagues in daily nursing routines and stand by them in a professional advisory capacity. In close cooperation with the nursing specialist management and the team management, you participate in the further development of nursing practice in the residential area Domicil Egelmoos and bring your experience into improvement and optimization processes. In addition, you work interdisciplinary with internal and external specialist departments and contribute to smooth and professional nursing operations with your responsible, structured way of working.

Your profile

• Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
• Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK
• Elderly caregiver, home caregiver
• Interest and ideally experience in the nursing and care of people with dementia
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
• Empathic, respectful and patient interaction with residents
