YOUR TASKS
You take care of the care and support of our patients and work closely with our doctors
You are responsible for the development and maintenance of quality-improving measures regarding wound management and stomas in the outpatient and inpatient areas
The phase-appropriate treatment of chronic and acute wounds as well as stoma care and counseling are also part of your area of responsibility.
You take care of the selection of the required wound care products for wound management according to medical order and wound status, as well as the provision of additionally necessary aids
Your activities include the prophylaxis and treatment of complications according to medical order as well as the outpatient follow-up control and evaluation of the organized and implemented measures
In addition, you undertake the counseling, support and training of those affected and their relatives for self-care, taking resources into account
In the inpatient setting, you also participate in the co-organization of discharge management
YOUR PROFILE
Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF with a certificate in wound management
Professional experience in the acute care sector, as well as in the field of stoma care
You are a committed and cross-functional thinking personality and welcome interdisciplinary cooperation
Your communication skills, sense of responsibility and sense for business-oriented action round off your profile
