Job description
In the central office in Zürich, we are looking for an employee with potential as a (Junior) Consultant in an educational company, starting immediately. Ideal career entry after the Master's! Customer area: - You are the personal advisor for our international and national parents. You determine their individual needs and find the optimal childcare solution! In doing so, you work independently with the parents and facility managers from the first consultation to the completion of the registration process. - You are independently responsible for the capacity management of your facilities, which you manage based on the target agreement. - You are the contact person for the employees of our corporate clients, supporting and advising them independently - You take over the Key Account Management of our corporate clients and manage this under your own responsibility. Marketing area: - You are responsible for all marketing (advertisements, trade fairs, online advertising, flyers, -) in your region. Events range from new openings, anniversaries or summer promotions and are combined with sales targets. - In your communication, at events and in your daily work, you know and live the globegarden concept through and through. - You support the areas of central marketing, press work and communication for the acquisition of new parents. - You may be deployed for further projects across the organization and are open and flexible to this. Accounting area: - You are the interface to the accounting department for all parent invoices and launch these independently via the system. - You bill the subsidized places of the facilities assigned to you. Your qualifications: - You are a sales talent and enjoy advising parents and companies! - You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Master) with a good grade average. - You are not afraid to call new or unknown customers. You love consultation talks, view complaint calls as a challenge and are confident in closing during contract negotiations. - You are highly motivated and do not delegate tasks, but rather roll up your sleeves! You possess a high degree of responsibility, independence, teamwork and commitment. - You are resilient and stress-resistant. You love and live the team spirit and thrive in a fast, dynamic growth atmosphere! - You bring very good oral and written communication skills in German and English (other languages an advantage).
