At Centre médico-dentaire Guyot & Associés, dental hygiene is part of a collective care approach. In our practice in La Chaux-de-Fonds, hygienists, dentists, orthodontists, and prophylaxis assistants regularly exchange ideas and collaborate around patients. This proximity allows for sharing observations, comparing viewpoints, and ensuring consistent follow-up, especially when several disciplines are involved.

We are looking for a dental hygienist M/F who appreciates this way of working: autonomous in their practice, attentive to the quality of care, and eager to take an active part in exchanges with the team. You will join a very well-equipped practice, where precision of work and collaboration matter on a daily basis.

Our organization also reflects this requirement: we usually plan 60 minutes per patient. This time allows for performing care with attention, explaining findings and advice, and making the link with other practitioners when the situation requires it. For a person used to 45-minute appointments, the difference is concretely felt in the rhythm of work.

Your profile:

• Recognized dental hygienist diploma in Switzerland, indispensable.
• Interest in a practice based on quality of care, prevention, and patient follow-up.
• Desire to collaborate with professionals from several disciplines and to contribute to their exchanges.
