In this role, you will take responsibility for the leadership and implementation of the Reporting sub-project and ensure the timely, quality-compliant, and goal-oriented delivery of reporting results within the project (Reference number: 925159RF) Tasks: • Planning and leading the Reporting stream according to specifications (agile project method) • Leading, organizing, and developing the teams and employees within the Reporting sub-project in an agile environment • Responsibility for the content-related solution development in the area of reporting (reports, dashboards, reporting-related functionalities) • Controlling and implementing reporting deliverables, including planning, prioritization, and dependencies • Ensuring coordination with business departments, architecture, data platform, and adjacent sub-projects • Leading quality and risk management • Ensuring stakeholder management and communication within your own area of responsibility • Ensuring proper project execution, including documentation, know-how transfer, and handover of results to the operating organization Requirements: Professional Qualifications: • Several years (> 5 years) of proven and continuous experience in leading IT projects in large companies • Sound knowledge in the environment of reporting, Data Warehouse, data platforms, and data-driven applications • Experience in collaborating with IT architecture, development, business departments, and data platforms • Very good understanding of dependencies between data producers and consumers (e.g., business, reporting, platform) • Experience in replacing legacy systems and migrating reporting and analysis solutions Methodological Competencies: • Ability for structured planning, control, and prioritization of deliverables in an iterative approach • Sound knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira) • Experience in quality, risk, and dependency management in large-scale projects Leadership and Social Competencies: • Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams without line management responsibility • Ability to coordinate different stakeholder interests and bring about sustainable decisions • Strong communication and moderation skills at professional and management levels • Assertive, structured, and solution-oriented personality • Confident appearance in German and English Personal Requirements: • High result and implementation orientation • Independent, responsible, and resilient way of working • Ability to present complex issues in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner • Willingness for close cooperation with the project and DevOps organization Ref. no.: 925159RF Role: Project Manager - Reporting / DWH / Data Platforms Location: Bern and region (2 days on-site, remote only from Switzerland) Workload: 100% Start Date: End Date: If this position has piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
