Nursing Specialist at 100% ##

Responsibilities ###

• Responsible for and ensuring the basic medical care of clients in the center, taking into account existing legal and other specifications (authorities, specialists and ORS)
• Conducting and organizing effective triage based on urgency and severity, as well as subsequent coordination with medical organizations (emergency, rescue organizations, doctors, dentists)
• Performing initial medical care in emergencies, nursing measures and doctor-ordered measures
• Managing the house pharmacy under the guidance of a responsible pharmacist and emergency kits
• Organizing, advising, and partly personally conducting regular training for non-medical caregivers/center management in the area of basic medical care/procedures in emergencies and prevention
• Identifying, informing, initiating and enforcing measures/structures regarding communicable diseases and general hygiene
• Holding consultation hours in the center and/or in other accommodation units
• Maintaining and managing medical files

Profile ###

• Tertiary education: Higher Federal Examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / post-graduate studies HF)
• 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Basic and user knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in the debt collection and criminal registers)
• German | oral: C1 | written: C1
• French | oral: B2 | written: B2
• English | oral: B2 | written: B2
