An establishment employing approximately 450 female and male collaborators to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children as well as the socio-educational and socioprofessional support of 127 adults presenting an intellectual disability, seeks

Within the Ateliers d'intégration et de ressourcement (AIR), you support persons presenting an intellectual disability, often associated with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), communication disorders or specific support needs.

• Your main missions:
• Focused on the personal development, self-determination and social inclusion of the beneficiaries.
• Accompany workers in their socioprofessional journey and support their personal fulfillment.
• Develop their psychomotor, relational and professional skills.
• Design and adapt individualized, meaningful activities integrated into their personalized projects.
• Ensure the co-management of the workshop and the socio-professional follow-up of the participants.
• Participate in the continuous evolution of the practices and services offered by the AIR
• Maintenance of a secure, structuring and benevolent framework favoring autonomy and emotional regulation

We wish for:

• Confirmed training as a Socioprofessional Instructor (MSP ES) or recognized equivalence.
• Proven experience with persons with intellectual disability and/or ASD.
• Complementary training (CAS) in autism or in complex situations is a major asset.
• Mastery of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) approaches, environmental structuring and individualization of support.
• Ability to intervene effectively with persons who are minimally or non-verbal.
• Creativity in the design of valorizing activities (transversal, creative, occupational).
• Aptitude to work with flexibility, vigilance and containment in a complex context.
• Excellent relational qualities and effective teamwork within an interdisciplinary network.
• Autonomy, spirit of initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Organizational capacities, anticipation and priority management
• Openness to professional questioning and evolution of practices
• Positive, benevolent, reassuring and solution-oriented attitude
• Punctuality, professional commitment
• Mastery of common IT tools
• Perfect mastery of spoken and written French
• Clean criminal record
