Department Manager or Team Leader Technical Sales Inside Sales 100% (a)

enz technik ag has been developing, producing, and selling water-driven nozzles and firefighter nozzles up to 3000 bar for sewer, pipe, and industrial cleaning since 1985. Through constant dialogue with customers from municipalities and industry, innovative products have emerged that have made enz technik ag a global market leader. Meanwhile, enz is growing strongly and is represented in over 50 countries. In addition to the headquarters in Giswil, they operate additional branches in Germany, Sweden, England, and in the USA.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate, prioritize activities in inside sales and ensure their quality
• Advise end customers and resellers domestically and abroad technically and commercially
• Process orders and repairs in a timely manner in the ERP system
• Create export documents and coordinate transports with freight forwarders
• Accompany projects and product launches
• As team leader, you additionally take on personnel management

Your profile:

• Completed basic commercial training or basic technical training with further commercial training
• Confident German and fluent French skills are mandatory. Any further language is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and practical experience in order processing
• Structured, exact way of working, organizational strength, and initiative
